Cundy Street Redevelopment

Grosvenor Group have recently announced proposals to redevelop Cundy Street Flats and the adjacent, Council-leased block, Walden House. Proposals are still at an early stage and work is not expected to begin before mid-2021.

Dolphin Square Redevelopment Decision

For over 18 months, I have been in regular correspondence with residents of Pimlico’s iconic Dolphin Square regarding their serious reservations about the landlord’s plans to refurbish and redevelop the much-loved estate.
